Client Support Manager
Primary Job Responsibility:
- Maintain Customer focus at all times and ensure that the customer queries are responded to, by the team within the time-frame (for e.g. E-mail, telephone, fax)
- Ensure that the agreed upon service standards are duly met, strive to exceed customer expectations wherever possible
- Take ownership of queries and proactively follow through to resolution.
- Ensure all customers’ queries are investigated and resolved, escalating issues if appropriate, to the Team Manager.
- Assist senior management with any special projects assigned and provide backup to team managers when necessary.
- Maintain advanced working knowledge of all customer service processes for different market segments and communicate discrepancies/ issues to team manager when necessary.
- Mentoring and developing new staff to meet customer service requirements. Demonstrating willingness to assist the team with day to day operations.
- Maintain professional working relationships with internal and external customers, customer service management and colleagues.
- Supports decisions made by Management and conveys positively to team members.
- Perform quality assurance on work processed.
- Work effectively as part of a team to achieve individual, team and departmental objectives, sharing knowledge and skills as appropriate.
- Provide flexible support for team members and other teams and foster a positive and a motivating environment.
- Demonstrate a positive and flexible approach to changing business priorities.
- Report to management on progress of selected projects.
Business Development Manager
Roles and Responsibilities
- Utilize data scrubbing techniques to identify potential leads. Conduct thorough research to understand client needs, preferences, and pain points.
- Pitch services to prospective clients through cold calling, aiming to generate interest.
- Schedule meetings with potential clients to further discuss our offerings.
- Ensure timely submission of proposals to prospective clients, addressing their specific requirements and concerns. Collaborate with the team to create compelling proposals that resonate with the client needs.
- Facilitate the closing of deals by aligning our services with the client's goals and objectives, maintain a proactive approach throughout the sales cycle to achieve successful closures
Desired Candidate Profile
- Excellent English communication skills
- Prior experience of corporate sales / business development / inside sales
- Ability to handle sales’ target related work pressure
Content Manager
Roles and Responsibilities
- Drafting Training Materials such as eBooks, e-brochures, training circulars, and other educational resources.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to gather information and insights
- Create content that is accessible, engaging, and aligned with the training objectives.
- Craft compelling marketing collaterals, including but not limited to brochures, flyers, social media posts, and website content.
- Ensure that marketing content effectively communicates our organization’s goals and achievements within the social development sector.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including graphic designers and digital marketing experts, to create integrated and impactful content campaigns.
Candidate Profile
Excellent writing skills with a deep understanding of grammar, punctuation, and style.
Familiarity with training content creation and marketing collateral development.
Ability to translate complex concepts into clear and engaging content.
Strong research skills to stay informed about the social development sector.
Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Proven experience as a Content Writer with a focus on the social development sector.
